Treasure Island is for rent by the week or by the event--with a $2100 charge for a weekly rental and $1500 charge for a day use event (the day usage may run up to 4 days to allow for prep and teardown). The reservation, breakage, and loss are secured by a $500 deposit which will be returned upon checkout (assuming no breakage or loss).

This private island, located on Lake Manitou in Northern Indiana, enjoys dramatic lake views and over an acre of parkland and walkways. Both the corporate planner, the wedding and event planner, and the family looking for a vacation venue will enjoy a unique, one-of-a kind paradise. Here, you can have weddings, corporate retreats, religious retreats, retirement parties, class re-unions, birthday gatherings, high school graduation parties, and seminars that will never be forgotten. On a family level, you will enjoy total privacy, and still, have easy access to water sports and fishing. A pontoon boat is provided for easy access to your own pier on the mainland where you can park a dozen cars (parking for bigger events can be accommodated at the city ramp and park). Situated halfway between Notre Dame and Purdue Universities, and an easy hop by private plane from Chicago or Indianapolis, you can enjoy the beauty of nature without the isolation. The turn of the century cottage is fully restored and is all electric (powered from shore). Three sides of the home are fully windowed for a view of a true wonderland.
